So you're showing us a good example of an Abstract. You're taking the essence of what this deed says and writing it in plainer language without the repetitions. Right? You get all the facts in there.
That legal language can be grand, but it surely is cumbersome. Your abstract is a good, crisp rewrite.

I haven't done very many of these (this was a homework assignment for my ProGen class that I thought was timely) so I wasn't exactly certain how it would go. But, it's great to be able to have a significantly smaller piece from which to glean critical details.
